Ready to begin Mentor Coaching?

Are you a new coach seeking an ACC credential or a current coach seeking renewal? If so, one aspect of that process is fulfilling the 10-hour Mentor Coaching component. ICF is very specific about the content and the requirements for who and how this is carried out:

"Mentor Coaching for an ICF Credential consists of coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative and dialogued process based on an observed or recorded coaching session to increase the coach’s capability in coaching, in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies."

Over the years, I have honed a process and an outline that seems to be helpful and flexible - it offers a nice mix of one-on-one time and an opportunity to client-coach in a safe and supported environment. It exceeds the minimum 10-hour requirement by 30 minutes and is priced competitively if you want something structured yet personal.

My Classic ACC Mentoring Package

This package includes (3) one-hour individual sessions, then (3) 90-minute facilitated sessions with one other client-coach, then (3) one-hour individual sessions. (No need to find your partners for coaching practice, I will do that for our 3 client-coach sessions.) Of course, we always have the option to change things up if you prefer to do it differently but we need to keep at least 3 hours of individual sessions for ICF purposes.

I charge $1750.00 CDN for the 10.5 hours of combined individual and group time.

I would welcome a conversation to discuss my process and philosophy, what you can expect to happen and how we might start this journey together. It is important to define our working relationship so you can feel confident and assured of a safe place to share your story and your aspirations.
